Journaling: A daily practice we have come to enjoy at Liam & Co. is journaling. Our staff starts the day by journaling for 10 minutes to set their intentions for the day. Keeping a journal can evoke mindfulness and happiness.
This practice can bring you into a state of clarity where past frustrations and future anxieties can lose their power in the present moment. It can be tough to know where to begin when you first start journaling. We invite you to try our journal prompts for a week to get you started!

When searching for books on self discovery there are many options. This one is base on the Enneagram. Turns out a majority of our staff are 8's which is great for meeting customer needs!
