FAQ's
What is your return policy?
Our standard return policy is 14 days. We will accept unopened, unworn, unwashed and otherwise unaltered items 14 days after you have received the item (per USPS tracking) for a full refund. If you would like to make a return, you can do so HERE.
**PLEASE NOTE** We do NOT accept returns on intimates, swimsuits, face masks, gift cards or SALE items.

Can I exchange an item?
We are unable to guarantee exchanges do to limited quantities and high volume. If you would like a different size or color, we recommend that you place a second order for the desired option and return the first order. If an item is sent back to us requesting an exchange and we do not have the requested item, we will issue store credit in the form of a Liam & Co. E-gift Card.
**Please note that we only allow 1 round of exchanges per order.
Pricing Policy
We are constantly working toward providing competitive pricing for our customers. We will periodically offer Limited-Time Sales, Extra Savings, 12-12 Sales, Flash Sales, Holiday Discounted Sales, Daily Deals, Outfit Of The Week or other similar promotions, which are time and date bound discounts while supplies last. Items purchased before the specific discount time periods are not eligible for price adjustments.
When will my order ship?
We ship out orders every day from our Utah warehouse by 3pm (MST- Utah/Denver) Monday - Thursday. Currently orders ship within 72 hours after the order is placed. Order processing times will vary depending on order volume, season, global trade issues, and inventory. We also ship dropship orders from our international manufacturing facitilies, as such a single order may arrive in multiple packages and have multiple delivery dates.
As soon as your order is queued for shipping, we will send you an email to notify you and include your USPS tracking number.
We do not currently ship on weekends.
If you have placed an order during a sales event or over a holiday weekend, this might delay shipping, but we kind of love shipping things fast so unless we are snowed in we should be on it right away.

Pre-Ordrers
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in pre-ordering our products. To ensure clarity and a smooth shopping experience, we’ve outlined our pre-order policy below:
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for general sale, or when the product is temporary out of stock and waiting to be refilled by our production team. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving an item that will be shipped to you once it’s in stock.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order.* Pre-order payments are processed immediately to secure your reservation.
3. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date will be 14 days after your order has been paid. * Please note that this date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production or supply chain delays. Pre Orders will ship from our Ogden, Utah location. If there are significant changes, we will notify you by email promptly.
4. Order Modifications or Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your pre-order within [48 hours] of placing the order by contacting our customer service team at hello@liamandcompany.com . *After 48 hours, cancellations or changes may not be possible as production may have already begun.* In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Once your pre-ordered item is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Refunds and Returns
Pre-ordered items are subject to our standard return policy, which can be found [https://liamandcompany.com/policies/refund-policy].* If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Drop-Ship
Drop-ship Order Policy
To ensure transparency and a seamless shopping experience, we’ve outlined our drop-ship order policy below:
1. What is Drop-shipping?
Drop-shipping is a fulfillment method where products are shipped directly from our supplier to your doorstep. This allows us to offer a wide range of products without housing all of the inventory.
2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed, once the orders are processed shipping time to your doorstep will be 14-16 days. * Processing times may vary depending on the supplier and product availability. We’ll notify you of any delays via email.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
Shipping times vary by supplier and destination. Estimated delivery times are 14-16 days after processing.* Orders may ship in separate packages if products come from different suppliers.* Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Returns and Refunds:
Drop-shipped items are subject to our standard return policy. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in our refund policy.* Return shipping costs for drop-shipped items are the responsibility of the customer, unless return protection is purchased at checkout, or unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to expedite resolution.* Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most continental US states will receive packages within 1-4 days. We ship from Utah, USA so the closer to Utah, the sooner your package will arrive. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once your items have shipped.
Orders shipped from our international manufacturers will take additional time, as stated at checkout. Additionally, all pre-order items will require extra processing time as well."
Where do you ship from?
Liam & Co. is located in Ogden, UT USA. We are nestled just a stones throw from the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range (part of the Rockies). Our 10,000 sqft shipping and distribution center currently ships out roughly 1,000+ orders daily. We ship all Utah-fulfilled packages via USPS (United States Postal Service).
Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners from within the US as well as from INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS and will use a different shipping service, arrive in multiple packages and have different delivery dates.

What if my order is lost, damaged or stolen?

What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to all US states and territories and Canada. We are working on offering our products to the rest of the world. If you'd like to help speed that process up, tell your international friends about Liam & Co. :)
**Please note that while we ship to Canada, currently we are not able to provide RETURN SHIPPING labels from Canada to the US.
Where are your products made?
As a boutique, we spend a significant amount of time sourcing and curating products from high-quality manufactures from the USA, Cambodia, India and China. Our current inventory is approximately 65% USA made products with the balance sourced from a number of countries. I placed an order, but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
The order confirmation email is automatically sent out after an order is placed. Some possible reasons you may not have received one are misspelled email address or the email went to your junk or spam folders. If you have ruled out those options, feel free to chat or email us with the name you used to place the order and we'll get an order confirmation email sent to you. What is your product sizing? Size chart?
As a boutique, we source products from multiple manufacturers. Each one with their own idea of what "medium" is. This can certainly be difficult to know what size to order. We measure each product before it goes on our site as well as include a small chart to give you an idea of how the item fits. If you find an item that does not have sizing information, feel free to chat at the bottom right corner of this page or email us at support@liamandcompany.com.
