Return Policy 

At Liam & Company, our biggest goal is serve our amazingly loyal customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better!

Return Process:

  1. Make sure your order is eligible for return (see Rules below)
  2. Click HERE to complete your return. You will need your order number and the email address used to place your order.
  3. Reuse the packaging your item came in if possible

** Please note that this return process ONLY works for orders placed on the Liam and Co. site and not for orders on any other website or deal platform.

Liam & Co. Returns

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item or the incorrect item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get the issue sorted out for you!

Returns Information And Guidelines

Here are our simple rules and procedures for returns and exchanges:

    • Items can be returned within 14 days after you receive the package (Per USPS Tracking)
    • A flat $5 will be deducted for your return. 
    • Anything purchased at a discounted price (blowout or clearance items) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. This does not include Jane.com purchases.
    • Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging
    • Include the return form (click the link below). If your return form is not included, it will slow down your return or exchange and makes our job super difficult.
    • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
    • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

No Hassle Returns

Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as we can!  

 

Even though we’ve got the fastest return crew we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be process and we will notify you by email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items.
  • Returned items will be automatically refunded. 
  • If you are returning an item hoping to exchange it for a different size/color, we recommend placing an order for the desired item if the inventory is available to ensure you get the item before inventory levels change during transit.
