At Liam & Company, our biggest goal is serve our amazingly loyal customers. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you’ve received a defective item or the incorrect item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get the issue sorted out for you!
Here are our simple rules and procedures for returns and exchanges:
- Items can be returned within 14 days after you receive the package (Per USPS Tracking). Items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed will be issued a full refund, minus shipping.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price (blowout or clearance items) is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. This does not include Jane.com purchases.
- Returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Include the return form (click the link below). If your return form is not included, it will slow down your return or exchange and makes our job super difficult. Team work makes the dream work!
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

No Hassle Returns & Exchanges
We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.
** If you would like to exchange make sure and indicate that on your return form (on the link below). When we receive your item we will check our stock and send one out if available. Due to the nature of our business set up, we are unable to guarantee an item will be in stock when we receive your return. If we do not have the item, we automatically issue a refund.
All we need you to do is fill out the return form and include it with the item you are returning. The return address is on the downloadable form. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once our favorite postman drops your return off at our warehouse, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as we can! Even though we’ve got the fastest return crew we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be process and we will notify you by email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)
